We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with information about available services
• Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for service and repair
• Prepare accurate estimates for service and repair work
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing service workflow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background and drug screens
