Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional hospitality services. Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the maintenance of the lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Knowledge of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
