We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this high-visibility role will lead full-cycle recruitment processes for key business-lines at CAIS, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the firm. As CAIS continues to expand, the Senior Recruiter will focus on filling critical revenue generation roles, playing a key part in CAIS’ growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for revenue-generating teams within the Asset and Wealth Management space. You are a strategic thinker and bring exceptional networking skills to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. You take pride in building strong relationships, leaving candidates and new hires alike with a lasting positive impression of the firm. This is a prime opportunity for a savvy recruiter to demonstrate their prowess and contribute significantly to CAIS’ success.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on all things CAIS, and relentlessly demonstrate CAIS core values and promote CAIS’ people-centric (and awesome) culture 
  • Develop and implement effective full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for unique and significant requisitions
  • Establish and manage cross-functional partnerships with hiring managers and teams, anticipating business needs and advising on hiring considerations
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates (active and passive) through talent platforms, job boards, networking events, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Implement diversity sourcing objectives collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for CAIS
  • Conduct reference calls, and coordinate with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements -- providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes
  • Stay abreast of market trends in the talent acquisition landscape and broader financial services industry; sharing insights to optimize hiring strategies, and proposing new techs/trends that can improve processes
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7 years of talent acquisition experience
  • Full cycle recruiting experience within Asset Management and/or Wealth Management fields required
  • Expertise utilizing LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Greenhouse
  • Experience working with a diverse team and a passion for fostering an equitable and inclusive environment
  • Compliance expertise with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations
  • Strong work ethic and integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Firm understanding of leveraging recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
  • Highly refined communications and writing skills that demonstrate high EQ, and linear/logical thinking
  • Fast learner and self-motivated with ability to independently execute instructions with great attention to detail and consistently produce high-quality work

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

Additionally, CAIS offers a flexible, hybrid in-office model; for most roles, we do not require a minimum number of days in office per week.
