 The Warehouse Coordinator at CAIPA MSO holds a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and organization of our facilities throughout the Greater New York City area. Responsible for overseeing maintenance, janitorial duties, and warehouse management, this position directly contributes to our commitment to providing a safe and efficient work environment for our team and clients. The Warehouse Coordinator executes essential maintenance tasks, coordinates facility-related projects, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. With a strong focus on organization and a hands-on approach, the Coordinator maintains detailed records, responds promptly to inquiries, and operates company vehicles as needed for transportation purposes. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of CAIPA MSO facilities, including warehouses, offices, and common areas.

•Perform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, installations, and equipment maintenance.

•Manage inventory control and organization within the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of materials.

•Coordinate and execute janitorial tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and work areas.

•Support facility-related projects as needed, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to achieve objectives.

•Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting periodic inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

•Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries and issues, providing solutions or escalating as appropriate.

•Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment and furniture for events or office reconfigurations.

•Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment servicing schedules.

•Operate company vehicles as needed for transportation of materials, equipment, or personnel, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

•Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of supplies.

•Good aptitude for self-sufficiency with the ability to work both independently or with others.

Salary : $52,000
