Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Job Description The Senior Lead Product Manager role is responsible for developing, managing and optimizing one or more large, complex, and/or high revenue Product lines. The role includes contributing to and managing the product roadmap, overseeing the implementation and working in an agile environment with a cross-functional team to develop products that meet the needs of our consumers and clients. Recognized as an expert within the company and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in Product Management along with other job disciplines within the organization in order to successfully manage the product. Manages large, complex Product line(s) of strategic importance to the organization due to high growth value, involving large cross-functional teams PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES Strategy/Discovery: Develops, manages, and optimizes one or more large, complex and/or high value/ strategically important revenue product line(s) Formulates an in-depth understanding of problems by customer segment, persona and competitive landscape. Formulates in-depth understanding of problems by customer segment and through assessment of the competitive landscape. Partners with UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to observe and solicit feedback from clients. Identifies, quantifies, and effectively communicates customer market opportunities. Planning: Creates and maintains product vision and roadmap; Creates business plans to secure funding; develops go-to-market strategy and builds cases/value propositions Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across products; participates in planning and pre/post-planning events (Demos and Inspect / Adapt). Development: Creates epics and features and ensures alignment across products. Manages feature creation, identifies business rules and business impact, and works with Product Owners to ensure cross-team alignment and support. Leads processes with Product Management, Development and Solutions Delivery Managers, UX Designers and other stakeholders to prototype, test and validate solutions. Develops and recommends buy/build/partner solutions to Agile Release Trains. Sales & Client Management Engages with key stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and ensure material contribution to ROI. Evaluation: Assesses product performance against KPIs and makes corrections to improve performance; create and deliver thoughtful information to influence key market constituents. System and Technology Integration – Advanced knowledge of technology system features and facilities and the ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases, and platforms. Works with existing interfaces as well as integration and migration plans within own area and across aligned/associated areas. Explores major issues and considerations for successful system integration. Plays an active role in current and planned integration efforts. Technology Savvy – Advanced knowledge of technology and its ability to improve work processes and results (e.g., enhance productivity, efficiency, collaboration, quality, or customer satisfaction). Skilled in using technology to solve work-related problems and create new business opportunities. Pursues opportunities to develop knowledge and experiments with emerging technology solutions that can help accomplish work goals. Education, experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field. Experience in API management, B2B integrations, and/or Data Management is required. Working knowledge of SAFe Agile Methodology. Familiar with recognized industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific, and has a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry and business. Extensive experience in design, development and implementation of product plans. Extensive experience in full product lifecycle methodologies. Extensive experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features. Extensive experience in in conducting competitive research and analysis. Extensive experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value. Extensive experience with executive presentations. Extensive experience in a collaborative, cross-functional, and complex team environment. Inventory and/or Enterprise domain experience preferred.
