Key Details:
·Location: 320 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104
·Pay: $17.25/hour tips (average hourly tips are $13)
·Hours/Schedule: 20-25 hours per week, openers / closers, weekends required

Responsibilities: Our retail cafés are the face of our business and the interaction most people have with our brand. In the Barista role, you will prepare expertly crafted coffee drinks, develop relationships with customers, and help with the daily café operations. Duties include:
·Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
·Crafting and serving beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
·Providing knowledgeable and enthusiastic expertise about coffee, tea preparation and products to enhance the customer experience.
·Assisting with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
·Tasting all drip coffee and espresso to ensure it meets Caffè Umbria standards.
·Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
·Attending sponsored local events and networking opportunities.
·Participating in ongoing coffee education.

·Previous experience in coffee / food service / hospitality industry or customer service is a plus!

·Willingness to work at other locations in Seattle are if needed.
·Food handler’s card required.
·Background check.
