Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting creative drinks and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn new and innovative ways to make espresso.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee/tea drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines, and other equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and being friendly with customers
- Create.a fun and cheerful environment for crew and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure a clean work environment for crew and customers including bathrooms throughout the shift
- Have knowledge of our products and be able to describe them in detail to customers and employees.
- Restock items as needed and keep track of inventory
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Perform other related tasks to ensure the success of the team daily.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic math skills
