Job Description :
Your passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering the perfect cup of coffee and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities :
- Crafting Exceptional Coffee : Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, from classic espresso shots to intricate latte art, ensuring every cup meets our high-quality standards.
- Customer Engagement : Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, take orders, and provide detailed information about our coffee offerings.
Engage in conversations to understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
- Efficiency : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to brewing and serving protocols, and ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance : Consistently monitor the quality of coffee beans, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and report any issues promptly to maintain the integrity of our coffee offerings.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing techniques, and our product offerings. Share this knowledge with customers and colleagues to enhance their coffee experience.
- Customer Satisfaction : Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues and create a positive experience for all patrons.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow, assist with cleaning and restocking, and support your team in delivering exceptional service during busy periods.
Qualifications :
- 2 years experience working with specialty coffee as a Barista in a high-volume coffee shop or café.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work afternoon shifts, Sunday through Friday
