EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 1 year experience in casino Surveillance preferred.

Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions and be proficient with the use of personal computers. Must be detailed oriented with great verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.

JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveillance Lead to join our team. As a Surveillance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of surveillance operations, ensuring the safety and security of our organization. Duties: - Conduct surveillance activities to monitor and prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities - Utilize CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor premises - Maintain accurate records and write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and investigations - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Train and supervise surveillance team members - Develop and implement security protocols and procedures - Respond to emergencies or incidents in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders - Handle dispatching duties as required - Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during surveillance operations Experience: - Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or related field - Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment - Excellent report writing skills - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Experience in conflict management and resolution - Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations Requirements: - Valid certification in surveillance or related field is preferred - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Strong attention to detail and observation skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions - Excellent problem-solving skills We offer competitive pay based on experience.
