This position is at CAE Healthcare, a division of Madison Industries.

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and delivery of Education & Services products. As the chief strategist, you will develop a vision, a product strategy and roadmap based on input from customers, internal stakeholders, market research and your own industry insight. You will work closely with the development teams to build industry-leading products, solutions & service contracts that deliver business impact.

This is a remote or hybrid position, based in United States or Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager - Product Management.

The role we are offering you:

*Own and drive the commercial success for Education & Services products.

*Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.

*Collaborate with CAE Healthcare Inc.'s functions and business partners to understand business needs and develop the product strategy and roadmap.

*Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, nurses, and manufacturing partners to uncover and identify training gaps.

*Define market segmentation, product positioning and personas.

*Write Product & Service Requirements documents and prioritize features.

*Develop and present business cases for investment in research and development related to the roadmap.

*Work closely with the Education, Service and other teams to deliver differentiated products that align with the vision, meet market needs and meet high-quality standards.

*Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.

*Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

*Perform competitive research and win/loss analysis.

*Set pricing for SW & HW products, training content and warranty.

*Deliver a regular volume, revenue and profit forecasts

*Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Development to prioritize and solve quality issues.

*Perform product demo for key clients.

Our ideal candidate has:

*Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or engineering or equivalent combination of studies and experience.

*5-8 years of Product Management experience in the field of healthcare.

*Experience in education and/or service contracts in the healthcare industry.

*Experience managing a technical and complex product catalog.

*Strong financial analytical skills, ability to establish market and financial model.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

*Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.

*Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams and a cross functional environment.

*Ability to influence key decision makers and partners.

*Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce).

*Able to travel up to 20% (mostly domestically).

Preferred:

*Master's in business administration.

*Clinical experience using ultrasound technology in healthcare.

*Experience in medical simulation.

*2 years' experience in Product Marketing.

General:

*Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures both at CAE Healthcare Inc and wherever CAE Healthcare Inc is represented (i.e., program site, trade show, etc.).

*Performs all duties in compliance with and enforces all applicable legal and ethical standards including: CAE's Code of Business Conduct, CAE's policies and procedures, country laws and regulations, Federal and States or Provincial Laws, policies and standards.

*Maintains security of all proprietary information.

*Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
