The Product Manager, Education and Services is responsible for product planning and delivery of Education & Services products. As the chief strategist, you will develop a vision, a product strategy and roadmap based on input from customers, internal stakeholders, market research and your own industry insight. You will work closely with the development teams to build industry-leading products, solutions & service contracts that deliver business impact.

This is a remote or hybrid position, based in United States or Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager - Product Management.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the commercial success for Education & Services products.
• Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology, and the competition.
• Collaborate with Elevate Healthcare Inc.'s functions and business partners to understand business needs and develop the product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, nurses, and manufacturing partners to uncover and identify training gaps.
• Define market segmentation, product positioning and personas.
• Write Product & Service Requirements documents and prioritize features.
• Develop and present business cases for investment in research and development related to the roadmap.
• Work closely with the Education, Service, and other teams to deliver differentiated products that align with the vision, meet market needs and meet high-quality standards.
• Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Perform competitive research and win/loss analysis.
• Set pricing for SW & HW products, training content and warranty.
• Deliver a regular volume, revenue, and profit forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Development to prioritize and solve quality issues.
• Perform product demo for key clients.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or engineering or equivalent combination of studies and experience.
• 5-8 years of Product Management experience in the field of healthcare.
• Experience in education and/or service contracts in the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing a technical and complex product catalog.
• Strong financial analytical skills, ability to establish market and financial model.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams and a cross functional environment.
• Ability to influence key decision makers and partners.
• Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce).
• Able to travel up to 20% (mostly domestically).

Preferred:

• Masters in business administration.
• Clinical experience using ultrasound technology in healthcare.
• Experience in medical simulation.
• 2 years’ experience in Product Marketing.

• Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures both at Elevate Healthcare Inc and wherever Elevate Healthcare Inc is represented (i.e., program site, trade show, etc.).
• Performs all duties in compliance with and enforces all applicable legal and ethical standards including Company Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and procedures, country laws and regulations, Federal and States or Provincial Laws, policies and standards.
• Maintains security of all proprietary information.
• Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
