Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate, analyze, and document current workflows and processes related to materials management.
- Gather requirements and build functional specifications for project requests.
- Design, implementation, and documentation of program interfaces.
- Create customized functionality including User Dialogs and Visual Workflows.
- Generate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematical, or another technical field.
- Exceptional problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- MS SQL Server Management Studio and relational database design.
- Experience with systems development, deployment, and training.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance is required. This requires US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the design, planning & implementation phases as well as support of enterprise level applications.
- Experience working simultaneously with multiple customers and balancing competing time demands.
- Enterprise level experience with the .NET framework in C#.
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
