Construction Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage the entire construction project from concept to completion, ensuring all client requirements are satisfied and budgets are adhered to.
- Team Leadership: Act as a team leader, coordinating with design PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, and trades, and maintaining effective communication with the client.
- Cost Management: Work closely with the estimating department to determine construction cost estimates, select subcontractors/vendors, and manage the change order process.
- Scheduling and Oversight: Review and maintain project schedules, manage agency approvals, shop drawing approvals, and ensure all contract documents are reviewed and adhered to.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare correspondence, coordinate team meetings, and handle other general office tasks related to project management.
- Specific experience in Retail, Medical, and Institutional construction estimating and Design Build experience plus.
- Working Knowledge of Primavera P6, Procore, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
