Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller CPA in Fort Worth, TX. The Controller CPA will be responsible for managing financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The Controller CPA will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
• CPA certification
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,724.90 - $123,711.70 per year
