Job Summary
If you are passionate about your work and driven by the desire to create a life full of purpose for our residents, a Cadence Living community may be the place for you. We have a current opening for a Maintenance Tech. This position is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the building, general upkeep of all company maintenance related issues. Fulfill duties of maintenance issues relative to the priorities and assigned duties of each workday. Ensure that all repairs and services are completed according to operating and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Directly responsible for:
Maintenance upkeep, ensuring maintenance duties get completed with professionalism in a timely manner. Overall cleanliness and first impressions of the community. Assist with residents as needed. Apartment turns and making sure they are completed on time. Making sure to provide timely services to all residents regarding all maintenance related issues. Work directly with residents and family members to ensure customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior maintenance experience preferred but NOT required.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, cleaning equipment.
HVAC, minor electrical, dry wall repair and texturing, carpentry, plumbing, painting and general maintenance skill set.
Must have received the COVID 19 vaccination.
