Position Description: Cade Builder Services is seeking an experienced capenter to join our team as a cabinet service technician. Candidates must be able to work efficiently while paying attention to detail. This position is paid bi-weekly as Piece Rate. This individual is also responsible for their own installation tools and transportation.

• Perform warranty service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Repair and replace all components of production cabinetry.
• Perform carpentry and repair work on existing homes and new construction sites.
• Install kitchen and bath cabinetry crown molding, shoe mold, trim, and other misc. moldings, ensuring all cabinets are level and installed securely.
• Thoroughly review and understand all information listed on job paperwork before beginning a project.

Qualifications:

• MUST have a drivers license and MUST have a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn to repair and replace all components of production cabinetry.
• Must be a good communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to work with and communicate with homeowners and builders to get the job completed.
