Cabot After School Program (CASP) is an enrichment program serving students from Cabot Elementary School in kindergarten through 5th grade.
CASP complements the public school learning experience by offering children plenty of physical exercises as well as creative outlets in the arts.
We provide outstanding age-appropriate activities for children to spend time together and foster lasting friendships in a relaxed, fun, and structured environment.

Job Details:
$20-$24 an hour, depending on education and experience (partial benefits offered).
Cabot After School Program (CASP), located at the Cabot School, 229 Cabot Street, Newtonville, MA.
Available positions include Part-time educators and one-on-one support positions to provide an inclusive experience for students of all abilities.
Requirements:
Candidates should be mature, motivated, and creative. Previous experience working with groups of children aged 5–11 in a school or camp setting is preferred.
HS diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proof of COVID Vaccination.
Dependability is a priority.
Responsibilities:
Collaboratively leading groups of students.
Supporting social/emotional development.
Creating curriculum in areas of the arts, STEAM, and recreation.
Supporting student academics & reading.
Supervising and participating in "Freeplay".
Schedule (Dependably committing to a predictable schedule is a priority):
We offer flexibility when working with the semester schedules of students.
Max. of 23 hours/wk weekly staff meetings.
We ask candidates to commit to a MINIMUM of 2 days per week.

Mandatory Staff Orientation, Aug. 28-31st, 2-6pm
2:15-6p M, T, Th, Fr. (plus one additional half hour for a team meeting).
