Job Overview:
As a Quality Control Manager, your primary responsibility will be the oversight and management of all Housekeeping and Inspection tasks for the CFY properties assigned to you by zone. This includes scheduling, processing, and following up on all tasks assigned to your contract cleaners and inspectors. This role is also responsible for ensuring all properties are guest or owner-ready before the scheduled arrival time and that properties meet our Standard Property Appearance Agreement. You will also be responsible for working closely with your assigned property Owner Account Managers and building relationships that will benefit our guests and our owners.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Inspect to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repairs and maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
