Job Description:

Cabins For You is looking for Inspectors to join our team in Pigeon Forge, TN. We are a family-oriented company that is focused on providing the best product to our customers while supporting our local community. We are currently looking for inspectors to help with a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Ensure cabins are ready for occupancy by performing routine inspection expectations prior to guest arrival.
• Travel to numerous cabins daily.
• Complete reports and submit them in a timely manner.
• Communicate all housekeeping and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Light Cleaning as necessary.
• Change light bulbs, air filters, and batteries if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets.
• Access to Email to send reports and pictures.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
