JOB SUMMARY:
Completes daily production schedules to ensure on time delivery to Rapid Delivery Center (RDC).

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain reports for order forecasting, actual order trends, production scheduling, and outbound freight
• Communicate large shifts in order trends to Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams
• Balance daily production schedules for efficiency and on time shipping
• Proactively identify and react to potential carrier trailer pool issues
• Review and process home center rebuttals
• Drive awareness and adherence to contractual agreements with our customers, such as lead times, shipping material requirements, and documentation requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• High School Diploma
• Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Microsoft Excel User
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross functional business teams
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Logistics, Transportation, Scheduling Experience

• ERP Experience with Oracle or SQL

• Customer Service Experience

• Experience in the Building Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
