The Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) leads a team of Project/Program/Portfolio Managers accountable for the on-time, in-budget delivery of business-critical projects as defined in the overall organizational strategic plan. The EPMO Director establishes and matures the function of the EPMO and owns its success to deliver measurable business outcomes and value. The EPMO Director leads and aligns people, processes, and technology to deliver holistic, well-managed change. This critical, high-impact role serves as the catalyst to bring MHN's strategic execution to life through the effective planning and delivery of strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and acquisition integrations. The EPMO Director brings experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide change, EPMO leadership, and project and program management, coupled with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to drive progress in the project portfolio, mitigate execution risk, and deliver results. The EPMO Director acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver enterprise-wide projects. The EPMO Director leads and motivates a team of Project Managers and support staff, develops and enhances enterprise-wide and internal project processes, and provides leadership throughout the entire lifecycle of required projects. The EPMO Director provides thought leadership and project portfolio level reporting to the Executive Leadership team.
