Cabana Shores Hotel is Hiring a Housekeeper Near Myrtle, SC
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, offices, or residential properties. If you have experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, or housekeeping management, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality housekeeping practices is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
