Job Title: Department Support Specialist

Location: Saint Paul, MN 55155

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

• Candidate interview schedule management for the TA team (phone screen scheduling and on-site scheduling and logistics).
• Reconciliation of the department supply card for all candidate travel.
• Completes candidate reimbursement forms and processes.
• Arrange interviews with site TA or Human Resources team and ensuring a POC on-site for candidate.
• Coordination and administration of required testing and assessments including, but not limited to, EEI required testing.
• High volume or mass testing scheduling may be required for some Operating Companies (OpCo's).
• Ongoing candidate communication efforts throughout the recruiting and on-boarding process.
• This includes offer letter preparation, start date coordination and first day letter with logistics of start.
• Initiation and management of all background investigations. Partners with Security, new hires and Recruiters

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
