Shift Available:

Thursday - Saturday, 8:00am - 8:30pm

Rate of Pay:

$19.75/hr., paid weekly

What you'll do:

• Conduct Inspection Department audits on a daily basis
• Inspect, count, inventory, and tags garments
• Properly train new team members on job functions in your department
• Coach underperforming team members to be successful
• Recognize operational inefficiencies and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement
• Participate in project work as assigned
• Maintains the cleanliness and order of work areas
• The ability to foster a team environment
• Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary

We'd love for you to have:

• Two years of Quality and Inspection experience
• Experience with garments and fabric preferred
• Auditing experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with a diverse team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software
• Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Principles and practices of effective leadership skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• This position may entail hot indoor air temperatures, noisy conditions, standing for long
  periods of time (up to 12 hours) and lifting garments and supplies
• Work is performed in a warehouse environment. Working environments, include but are
  not limited to warehouse, climate controlled office and a variety of work environments
• May be required to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds. A full range
  of body motion is required on the job to include frequent sitting, bending, stooping,
  crouching, lifting, carrying, grasping, pinching, feeling, walking, standing, climbing,
  pushing/pulling, handling, balancing, reaching on all planes
