C2K Appliance is currently seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various household appliances, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments on a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
• Identify and repair mechanical and electrical issues in appliances, such as faulty motors, malfunctioning circuits, and damaged components.
• Replace defective parts and components using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring the proper functionality of appliances.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and timeframes for appliance repairs, while effectively communicating with customers and addressing their concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs, including parts used and work performed, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in appliance repair techniques and tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician.
• Strong technical knowledge of household appliances and their functioning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge
- Appliance repair experience
- Familiarity with schematics
- Delivery driver experience is a plus
- Refrigeration knowledge is beneficial
- Field service or service technician experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- HVAC knowledge is a bonus
- Box truck driving experience is advantageous
- Assembly skills are helpful
- Equipment repair background is a plus
- Electrical experience is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
