Talent Sourcer – Welcome to Class
The “curriculum” as a Talent Sourcer at C2 Education is designed to drive qualified candidates to our growing fast-paced organization. Your #1 responsibility is generating leads that convert to hires. From assisting with creating social media posts, from participating in job fairs – this role offers versatility to get the job done! If you are a Talent Sourcer who enjoys finding top notch candidates, supporting high volume Recruiters, and has a “get it done” mentality – you may have what it takes to pass the Talent Sourcer “exam”!
Responsibilities
Looking for A Talent
- Build connections and establish relationships with target hiring market
- Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job boards, career fairs, and social media platforms
- Partner with marketing to create social media posts to advertise featured positions
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics
- Manage talent pools and keep candidates engaged
- Assist with scheduling interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
- Assist with organizing college recruitment programs
- Occasional screening for high priority requisitions
Qualifications
Get Accepted at C2 Education
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience
- 3 years as a Talent Sourcer
- 3 years’ experience Sourcing on various job boards
- 3 years’ experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, business partners and candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high volume recruiting
- Experience working in growth driven environment
- Business development experience
