```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our Support Staff. As a member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Provide general support for our sales process to include filing, scanning documents, data entry, and managing incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
- Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in a support or administrative capacity or in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Some knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
