Our top Large Balance Collectors are earning over $85,000 per year with our average collectors earning over $50,000 per year. Our compensation plan includes an hourly base and very strong commission schedule.
If you are a skilled collection negotiator with 3 years of collection experience, and can master the 3 A’s -Attendance, Activity, and Attitude, you will be successful.
Previous commercial collection experience is preferred but we are open to considering candidates with consumer collection experience.
We have a fun atmosphere with contests and early off opportunities on Fridays.
