Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize dynamic selling strategies to effectively promote CU Midwest Designs’ services.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets to maximize earnings through a structured commission model.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent service and support.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies and techniques.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking of progress towards targets.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews to refine strategies and improve sales techniques.
Compensation Structure:
- Four weeks of paid training and onboarding.
- Base Pay: To be determined based on sales and industry experience.
- Commission: To be determined based on sales and industry experience.
