C. Stein LLC is Hiring a Gallo Brand Manager Near Boise, ID

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

General Description: To plan, organize, monitor, and prioritize Gallo programs to achieve corporate and supplier objectives for all channels of trade while communicating effectively to senior management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop direction and goals for Gallo products
  • Proactively work with Gallo to design, implement, track, and evaluate incentives
  • Strategically partner with Gallo to enhance our long-term brand equities, as well as, the profitability of our retail partners
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities based on account potential by class of trade volume group, and demographic make-up
  • Analyze and evaluate sales, distribution, and execution data and communicate the results to the appropriate company personnel and/or Gallo representative(s)
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers on forecasting sales of all assigned brands
  • Identify and monitor authorized SKU’s, taking appropriate action to ensure all possible brands and packages are in distribution
  • SKU Optimization
  • Work with all levels of the sales department on an on-going basis, to facilitate achieving desired outcomes and in-field training
  • Assist with key retailer sales presentations
  • Provide New Item Introduction Plans, agreed on between CSB and Gallo

Knowledge and Skills Required to Perform Duties:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in marketing and planning for Segment commodities
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Ability to understand complex verbal and written communication
  • A high degree of professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Planning, prioritizing, organizational and good time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary: $‎65,000 - $75,000
