Job Description

- Full time, 4 nights a week 10-12 hours on a rotating schedule
- Plant City, FL

You will contribute by:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team in the fulfilment of customer orders
- Ensuring proper execution of all established quality, safety & sanitation practices of warehouse operations
- Collaborating with the Shift Manager to contribute to the development of employee performance
- Providing continuous feedback to Warehouse Associates to improve employee relations & retention
- Performing audits, accident investigations and making recommendations for distribution center improvement
- Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

- Perishable (Refrigerated) – about 28°- 60°

We’re searching for candidates with:
- 2-5 years of related experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor is highly desired (managing 15 employees)
- Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a
plus
- Dynamic manager, comfortable speaking in large groups
- Open scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)
- The ability to safely &efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hours
- Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Ability and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
