The successful candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, be a good listener, be dependable and reliable. Must have reliable transportation, flexible availability (including day shifts, night shifts and weekends) and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, relay information properly
• Set appointments and handle customer inquiries and concerns while providing excellent customer service
• Various office duties

Skills

• Call Center or Inside Sales Experience Required
• Customer Support Experience Required
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience using CRM systems a plus but willing to train the right people with computer skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, set priorities and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
