C & M PROPERTIES AND CONSTRUCTION INC is Hiring a Construction Assistant Near Eau Claire, WI
We are a new home builder out of Eau Claire, WI looking for a Construction Assistant. Please see job description below. Pay and benefits are based on experience.
- Maintain regular communication with managers, schedulers & suppliers to remain updated on scheduling and meet project deadlines.
- Prepare job sites for construction phases and clean out job sites before closing dates. (ex. Protect floors by covering them, water lawns, clean out supplies from garages.)
- Some duties may include installing mailboxes, delivering supplies, and moving equipment between job sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Eau Claire, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Must be a self-starter, well organized, with attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Past construction experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person!
