We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our family business as a Management Trainee. This position is will provide training and development on the daily operations within our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to grow with a well-established business regarded as a staple of St. Louis, as we expand our location(s).

```Duties:```
- Understanding the daily operations of the restaurant:

Food preparation, customer service, inventory management, opening/closing, staff management.

- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and workplace safety procedures.

*Holder of Missouri Food manager certification, or willing to take the class once onboard. *

- Maintain order and respect under leadership.

- Trustworthy and timely

- Weekends / Late nights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
