```Duties:```
- Oversee the daily operations of the towing and service repair department

-Experience in heavy duty truck and trailer repair a plus.
- Manage a team of service technicians and ensure they are meeting performance goals
- Schedule and assign work to technicians based on customer needs and department capacity
- Monitor and track the progress of service orders to ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
