Job Summary: Here at The C. Harper Auto Group the Service Concierge's primary responsibility is to pick up customer vehicles, bring them to the corresponding lot for service, and return them to the customers location of choice, while working with a Service Team and Management. The Lead for this department will need to have supervisor skills and the ability to work with a team while coordinating the day and plans and adapting to any changes that you may face. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, great customer service skills, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. This role involves driving and moving around for most of the workday. Applicants should be comfortable driving all different makes, models, and sizes of vehicles.
