We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and wants to grow their career! As the finance department assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department with all aspects of the financial process such as, data entry, verifying payoffs, insurance, and package deals, and basic office duties.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Load deals in DMS.
• Print and scan paperwork.
• Verify payoffs, insurance, and package deals.
• Monitor contracts in transit and bank held offerings.
• Knowledge of state paperwork, compliance, and financial regulations.
• Product knowledge.
• Answer phone calls.
• Sign paperwork with customer.
• Customer service, automotive financial and title work experience preferred.
• PennDot title work preferred.
