Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Janitorial Supply and Delivery Contractor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering janitorial inventory to various locations across Miami-Dade County. As a 1099 contractor, you will use your own van for transportation and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Safely operate your own van to pick up and deliver janitorial supplies to designated locations within Miami-Dade County.
• Load and unload inventory in a careful and organized manner to prevent damage.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups, taking into consideration traffic, weather, and other relevant factors.
• Communicate effectively with the main office to coordinate delivery schedules and any changes that may arise.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures and timestamps, for each transaction.
• Inspect and maintain your delivery vehicle regularly, ensuring it remains in good working condition and is presentable at all times.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation and deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during deliveries to the main office promptly.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Own a reliable and well-maintained van suitable for transporting janitorial supplies.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Miami-Dade County's roads and traffic patterns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accurate deliveries.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Physical fitness to lift and move heavy boxes or supplies as required.

• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• Compensation will be based on a per-delivery basis.
• Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle maintenance, fuel, and related expenses.
