Our company is looking for a competent Construction Foreman/Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial jobs in the Upper East Tennessee area. Your responsibilities would be to supervise the complete job site from start to finish, including layout and supervising sub-contractors and various personnel trades to complete a top-quality job. Areas of expertise include but not limited to blue print reading, job layouts, foundation and concrete placement, metal building layout and erection. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. The applicant must have strong communication skills, extensive construction experience, be well organized, and put safety above all other priorities. Salary to commensurate with experience.
