Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Indicate axis and set tool positions
2. Ability to setup production jobs per SOP in designated area
3. Assist coworkers in troubleshooting and production issues
4. Ability to understand and program CNC machines
5. Ability to train on equipment and processes is designated area
6. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose common production and setup issues
7. Ability to operate machinery/processes in multiple departments
8. Proficient in the use of standard measuring equipment
9. Effectively operate all machines in designated area
10. Effectively operate all processes in designated area
11. Execute standard de-burring and hand work
12. Ability to understand and follow SOP work instructions
13. Ability to use SPC/SOP software to collect and record measurements
14. Track efficiencies and report issues to appropriate department
15. Perform inspection to ensure product quality per Print/SOP specifications
16. Meet efficiency and scrap goals
17. Perform preventive maintenance
18. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
19. Record time accurately on a daily basis
20. Work under minimum supervision
21. Develop and manage special projects as assigned by management.
