Join our Production Management Development Program (PMDP) as a Trainee Operations Manager (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager). You'll complete a 9-12 month technical training program, after which you'll assist in day-to-day operations, apply statistical process control standards, develop and train staff, enforce SOPs, maximize production throughput, manage equipment and personnel, and administer labor contracts in union plants.
