Job Summary:

We are seeking an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.

Duties:

- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers and recommending solutions
- Utilize automotive knowledge to assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive diagnostics, tire services, shocks, struts, and other mechanical issues
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs
- Coordinate service appointments and manage service writing tasks
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Experience:

- Prior experience in automotive repair, service writing, or auto service management is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proven track record of successful upselling and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing top-tier customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
