Job Description

Overview:

• Completely and thoroughly details vehicles according to BZ Pride detailing process and vehicle detail checklists.
• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down door jambs.
• Applies wax to the auto body and wipes down and/or buffs surfaces as needed.
• Removes trash and garbage from interior of vehicles and then vacuums interior to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Cleans floor rugs, upholstery rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot-and-stain resistant chemicals.
• Cleans engine and engine compartment using various cleaning agents.
• Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations.
• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
• Uses touch -up paint, dyes, and other appropriate materials to restore the appearance of engine area, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
• Fills vehicles with appropriate amount of fuel
• Applies dressing on tires and tire wells.
• Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition and all times
• Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window and BZ license plates are on each lot vehicle every day.
• Removes all window stickers, buyers guides, and BZ plates on sold vehicles.
• Keeps the work area neat and clean at the end of each day.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Other tasks assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 41 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
