About the team
The Bytedance Supply Chain Management (SCM) department offers end-to-end hardware supply chain solutions to facilitate the company's global expansion, including support for hyperscale data centers and PICO.
As part of the SCM, System Product Team, we oversee the development and management of hardware supply chain system products, which encompasses hardware procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory management, cost management, and supply chain planning.
Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing end-to-end supply chain product solutions architecture in the hyperscale data center field.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Evaluating existing supply chain systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Creating technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, for supply chain product solutions
• Leading the implementation and integration of supply chain product solutions within the organization
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on supply chain product solutions and architecture
• Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to supply chain management
• Effectively communicate with both China and US Product and R&D teams, which includes generating comprehensive reports.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and planning, with experience in IDC supply chain systems preferred.
• Proficient in system software and hardware selection and configuration, familiar with common network technologies and security solutions.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to work with various departments to solve problems.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure.
• Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to ensure effective communication across international teams.
