Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives
- Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions & product offering
- Build strong, trusting relationships with new & existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers & the branch finance team through the entire lending cycle
- Follow up on leads & set appointments
- Generate new business at times (training & direction provided)
Hours for Sales Associate:
- 5-day work week schedule
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays 9-5 with a weekday off
- One Saturday off per month
- Scheduled 40-50 hours per week
- Work either 9-5, 10-6, 11-7
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work some early evening & Saturday hours
