DIRECT SALES POSITION

We are not looking for average people, people who are content not hitting goals or pushing themselves. WE NEED LEADERS!! If you are someone who has a growth mindset and is coachable, we can turn you into a multiple six figure earner in your first year. This exclusive position is limited to 4 people per training cycle. Our last cycle of trainees have consistently earned $2000 per week and are just now starting to branch out on their own to make the real money. We are rapidly growing and looking for Ex Military, and Veteran's to join our team and enhance our sales force, and our winning culture. Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Direct Sales - Canvassing Door to Door
• Attend Sales Trainings
• Develop as a Roofing Professional
• Meet with insurance adjusters.
• File all relevant documentation through company systems.
• Complete all training courses set forth by BYLD Better.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
