Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Focus on SAP MM/EWM and other related IT systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical problems.
• Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Work closely with system users to identify Warehouse Management business requirements, document functional needs, and communicate these to IT solution teams for further discussion.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for SAP MM/EWM; conduct training sessions for key users and local management, ensuring thorough understanding and proper use of the system.
• Other Project Support: Actively support system testing, change management, and other crucial activities in IT projects, contributing to successful implementation and adoption.
• Partnership Development: Foster strong collaborative relationships with business units and IT team members to optimize the efficiency of SAP MM/EWM systems.

Required Skills:

• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, particularly in SAP MM/EWM and other systems.
• SAP Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP key-user or in a similar system support role.
• Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant warehouse business processes.
• SAP Integration Understanding: Familiarity with the integration points among various SAP Modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Bilingual English and Chinese preferred
