By the Way Bakery, the award-winning gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher bakery is seeking to hire enthusiastic and engaging individuals as counter associates. Opening shift (7am - 1pm) and closing shifts (1pm to 7pm) are available on weekdays and weekends. This is a standing position, you are required to be on your feet your entire shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs when deliveries come in.

Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greeting customers and anticipating their needs
• Articulately describing store products and custom options
• Sharing important information about allergens and related concerns
• Entering and processing customer orders with precision
• Organizing and replenishing inventory of baked goods and packaging
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Maintaining a spotless store environment through constant cleaning
• Providing an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
