Job Description :
Landscape Laborers would work as a unified member of the team under the supervision of the Site Forman. Individual is responsible for completing landscape installation jobs with highest level of quality and efficiency.
Duties :
- Perform highly physical landscape installation work on a consistent basis
- Work as part of a team and take direction
- Communicate and coordinate with the foreman and other employees to establish day to day goals / plans
- Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Requirements :
- Previous landscape experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to get yourself to and from job sites.
- Respectful customer service skills is a plus
- Experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications such as pavers, block walls & boulder walls.
- Highly motivated and self-driven individual with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and multi-task
- Experience in operating bobcats and other equipment is a plus
- Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background
- Punctual and dependable
- Polite and courteous
- Reliable transportation
