We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team, combining the responsibilities of
both recruitment and employee experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing,
hiring, and onboarding talent for our organization while supporting office operations and enhancing
the employee experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, screening,
interviewing scheduling, offers and hiring
Maintain a pipeline for future position openings, working closely and collaborating with
department leads on job descriptions, desired candidate skillsets, etc.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and
orientation materials
Maintain applicant and employee records with ATS and Human Resources databases,
including employee files and benefits information
Assist with the monitoring of Federal, State, and local regulations related to hiring,
employment and employee benefit requirements
Support employee benefits administration as needed and answer employee questions
Assist with office operations tasks, such as office reception area and coordination with
building management
Support the planning of company events, client and internal meetings, and initiatives
Contribute and implement ideas to support the employee experience
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources field or a related field
3 years of experience recruiting, talent acquisition or human resources
Strong networking abilities to proactively source candidates through various channels
Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit through effective interview techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and discretion
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the
recruitment process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
Adaptability to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced environment
Experience with employee benefits administration (preferred)
